Delete account
Request deletion of your Barbell Madness account and associated personal data even if the app is no longer installed.
In the app
- Open Barbell Madness and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Request account deletion under Legal & privacy.
- Confirm the security prompt.
Without app access
Email info@barbellmadness.com from the address linked to your account and include your account email and gym. We may verify your identity through an existing contact method.
What happens
- We verify the request and active gym relationships.
- Data that can be erased is deleted or anonymised.
- Records required by law remain restricted and minimised for the required period.
- Sessions and trusted-device access are revoked when the process is completed.
Important: An account deletion request does not automatically terminate a membership or paid contract. Contact your gym separately. Temporary deactivation is not treated as deletion.
